1. System Introduction & Usage

Envotix is a smart waste-management system designed for educational and experimental use. By using the web app, mobile app, or connected smart bins, users agree to the guidelines described in this document.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Users should use the QR code and reward features only for legitimate waste disposal.
• Users must not attempt to tamper with bins, sensors, or the system’s software.
• Users must not access the system in an unauthorized manner.
• Users must not attempt to disrupt IoT devices, servers, or databases.
• Users must not misuse the reward system.

3. System Limitations

Envotix provides waste-level monitoring, automated segregation, QR-based reward collection, and dashboard analytics. However, Envotix is a prototype system.

• The system aims to give correct and up-to-date information but may show delays due to sensor or network limitations.
• All features—including machine learning predictions, sensor readings, and notifications—operate on a best-effort basis.

4. Changes to the Service

Features may be updated, added, or removed as the system improves.
